Refund and Returns Policy

Generally, Refunds & Returns are not accepted by NateCollinsPhoto.com.

Replacing Prints Damaged in Shipping:

Prints with flaws due to shipping and/or production issues from NateCollinsPhoto will be replaced.

We take pride being hands on with your print during production and shipping.

Our prints are wrapped in protective glassine paper and shipped in triangle boxes.

If your package arrives and you suspect shipping an issue, ie the box shows damage of any kind, please document that shipping damage in a photo. Ideally damage should be reviewed and notated with the shipping company before accepting the shipment, however with home delivery that isn’t always feasible and we are here to work with you in that unlikely case.

If a print has a flaw unrelated to shipper’s handling of the package please take a photo and contact us via email.
